A Telugu feature, rebuilt for the Hindi audience.
Kingdom (Saamrajya in its Hindi avatar) arrived as a Telugu feature headed for a theatrical Hindi release. A film like this doesn't get a second chance with its new audience: the Hindi cut plays in the same halls, on the same screens, against the same expectations as any homegrown release. The job was to give it a voice track that never reads as borrowed.
Voices matched to faces, takes matched to intent.
Casting came first, auditioning against the original performances until each Hindi voice sat naturally on its on-screen actor, in age, weight, and attitude. Then the booth: dubbing direction scene by scene, holding the rhythm of the original cut while letting the Hindi dialogue breathe on its own terms. Sync was treated as a floor, not a finish line; the takes had to act, not just align.
Released theatrically in Hindi.
Kingdom went out to Hindi audiences on the big screen, a full theatrical release riding on the voice track we built. Atmosphere Studios ran the localization, with Nikhil Lalwani leading the Hindi voice casting and dubbing direction for TakeMyView. It joins a run of Telugu features we've carried into Hindi where the test is simple: the audience forgets they're watching a dub.
